Deep breathing exercises are excellent for anxiety and many people report positive results from meditation. Some other natural anxiety remedies to look into are St.John&#039;s Wort, SAMe, L-Theanine, and Tryptophan.</description>

		<description>Karla, the first thing to do, if you have insurance, is to see what doctor is in-network in your mental health benefits.  If you do not have insurance, contact your communities mental health center and they should be able to work with you on a sliding scale fee based on your income.  I hope this helps.</description>
